trying to decide between the two and hoping to hear back from those of you that either have the Racing or Hyper, know someone that has it, or at least seen and heard it. Tone is what I'm stuck on these two. I'm not doing or going for the "racer / modded" look for my IS. Mine is black with tinted windows, chrome Lsportline model 4's, the Lsportline adjustable suspension, and that pretty much all I will be doing as far as looks or the body. No wings, kits, etc.

So I don't want to put an exhaust on it with a tone that does go with the "theme or look" (for lack of better words) of the car, know what I mean? I want a good mild deeper tone. But not something that is going to be "racy" or a car is just tinted, lowered, and riding on chrome!

I know the main difference between the Racing and Hyper is the tone but I'm wondering how much? Do they both have the same / similar tone to them and volume just being the difference? Compared to the stock tone, on a 1 to 10 scale for being louder than stock I would like to have something about a 7.

For those that are familiar with the Racing and or Hyper what number would you rate it at? Or now knowing the look of my IS which ones tone would say will better compliment / go with the appearance of it? (Black, tinted, lowered, chrome model 4s)
