It's prolly from your air conditioner. Probably from running your defroster.

In the winter?

To OP:
When do you see the water? In the morning when you start it fresh, or after a drive?
And as TJM said - Where is the water coming from, under the hood in the center or front area or back of the car?

if its under the middle of the car then a/c

if its front of car check around water pump area, i know they have a peep hole on water pumps, might be going out

has happened to me in my inline jeep and it was about 1-2 gallons at a time and it started all of a sudden
yours might just be starting
