Difference between $7,000 IS300 and $20,000 IS300?

Not pulling numbers out of my *** at all. I'm really just looking to understand why a 2001 IS300 with 130,000 miles goes for 7k or less on autotrader and a later year IS300 with practically the same mileage like 90,000+ is listed for 13k-20k+. Same thing happens on craigslist, ebaymotors, etc..
But apparently the only difference is the asking price. Thanks for all replies, going to wait until the right color/option comes along and grab that.

2001 with 130k miles is not the same as a 2003 with 90k miles. whats the difference? 2 years and 40k miles.
