help! the remote on the visor

hey guys....my manager changed the garage code in my building. i forgot how to set up my remote on my visor. i remember pushing the actual remote controller and holding the button on my visor at the same time but i cant recall specifically. can anyone refreshen my memory on that? thanks!!!
