is it possible to use 17 inch tires on 18 inch wheels?
I know its a dumb questions but my friend said it could be done but i didnt believe so i had to ask.

a 17in tire WILL NEVER fit on a 18in rim, no matter how hard you try. 17 =/= 18, 18=18, 17=17.
