18s IMO are perfect fitment for an IS300.

The previous set you had....maybe you were running wrong size tires or wrong offsets

its said 225/40ZR18 so i think its size 18 for the tires. i bought it from a friend now i think ima take it off.

so 18 is a perfect size for is300 ?? i mean its shouldnt hit the fender or anything when i go to a dip road. what about the width ? thanks alot

18s are perfect. 17s to small.. 19s arent bad but too big imo. your problem has to be with the tires, width, or offset. are your quarters rolled? give me some more specs

I agree that 18s look the best, but 19's can look good with a kit.
