Don't know if there is a "best" place.
But this is where I got mine,
comes with 2 front and 2 rear for $11.25 shipped.

http://www.motogfx.com/lexus/

Make sure you get the IS300 ones not IS350

just go down to the parts house and buy it. Ive used both but brush on comes out nicer and you get plenty of coats on it to cover up any bad spots.

Bought it off someone in the classifieds section
Took me like a year to finally snag one!!!

I paid $150 for mine, it's 100% flawless, no chips, no broken tabs, perfect!!
Then a month later saw someone selling one for $90
But I'm sure someone bought it in an hour or less..

I just got my paint from pepboys, they have special high temperature spray paint that is made for engine blocks I used that.
Also they have spray paint just for calipers, I have that too.
Be sure you get some high temp clear coat too.
Protects the paint a little & makes it easier to clean.
I didn't have a problem with spray paint but the brush on paint seems like it might be less messy.

Calipers looks okay....I personally would have sanded down and painted on a smooth surface. Nice work on your wipers and the surround though. I did that a couple months ago but also touched up my rubber trim along the bottom of the windows and the black around the door mirrors.

Nice pick up on the SD grille, I was very pleased with mine.
