Default new to lexus

hi guys.
i just got a 2002 is300 and for some reason the driver seat wont move at all none of the controls work? or do you guys think its a fuse ,relay? if any body has experience such thing ,can you help me to correct this isue by telling me the location or witch specific relay or fuse to look for? any help would be greatly appreciatted.
also the head lights wont move up when starting the car at all and the little indicator in the dash its lit up

Check to see if the plug underneath the seat is securely connected. I don't know where the fuses are but you can check the kick panels.

Headlight not leveling could mean your sensor is out of alignment there is a dogbone sensor on the driver side rear arm that tends to get nudged. There's also one up front but most times it's the rear one. Or the springs in the sensors have corroded and you might need a repair or replacement.

well i found the source of the problem, the wire harnes that connects to the small motor that moves the lights was eaten by a small animal, wierd man that was some stuff. put it back some electrical tape and perfect

nice! probably a rodent sharpenin their teeth. I'd solder and heat shrink if possible for best connection and protection from the elements.
