Default day light bulbs

how do i change the day light headlights to look the same as the night light? do i need any special hid kits or just need to buy new bulbs?

Not sure what you are trying to do. I think you want the daytime running lights to be brighter, if I am not mistaken. If that is the case, it is an easy fix. You need to do the DRL override mod. Here is the DRL Delete mod: http://my.is/forums/f90/how-disable-...lights-246780/

All you need to do is run a jumper wire from on socket in the plug to the other. Now when I say plug, I am referring to the part that plugs into the DRL module, not the DEL module (box, pointed out in the link).

oh yea i just need to make the (drl) the same as the (nrl). sry for the bad question

You can change the bulb, and do the full power DRL mod. It will look closer to the low beams, but it won't look the same. According to this thread (http://my.is/forums/f90/quick-hids-drl-question-380203/), the full power DRL mod will not work with HID's - See post #7 in the linked thread.

how bout using LED headlight bulbs? they use less power right?
