the speed sensor located at the transmission, it plugged into it you can ask the tech.
For the check engine light and the oxygen sensor.....hehe, big money bro, if you dont change it, it wont affect too much except drinks more gas than usual.

if you dont change the o2 sensor then it will burn rich, but if you dont change for a long time you run the risk of destroying your catalytic converter/s, it happened to me in the RX 300, basically what happens in this case is unspent fuel or combustible gases get into the catalytic converter and will at some point either not convert therefore clogging it up and create "bascially" mini-explosions eventually destoying its function, at least thats the way i understand it

btw trac always blinks when there is a CEL

Here is your parts list from rockauto.com (way cheaper than the 175$ per sensor on the RX 300)

DENSO Part # 2344209 {Universal; OXYGEN SENSOR #36531P0AA11**
Wire Length 11.77; # of Wires 4; Cylinder 1,2,3; DENSO is the O.E. Manufacturer / Oxygen Sensor; Rear
Wire Length 11.77; # of Wires 4; Cylinder 4,5,6; DENSO is the O.E. Manufacturer / Oxygen Sensor; Front
Wire Length 11.77; # of Wires 4; Cylinder 4,5,6; DENSO is the O.E. Manufacturer / Oxygen Sensor; Rear
Wire Length 11.77; # of Wires 4; Cylinder 1,2,3; Upper; DENSO is the O.E. Manufacturer / Oxygen Sensor; Front

EDIT: one more thing, clear your CEL codes by unplugging the battery for about 5 min and then go get your codes read for free at autozone or something to verify which ones you need

if your cluster isnt lighting up its probably just a burnt out bulb, there are 5 bulbs total that light up the gauge cluster, 3x #194 bulbs and 2x #24 bulbs, you can get these from just about anywhere including autolumination.com, here is a DIY guide for replacing these bulbs

i cant see how it would, however there are several different plugs that connect to the gauges so if one is loose or unplugged altogether it could have that result i would imagine

hrmmmm

ok if the cluster isnt lighting up and the needles arent working, i think you should check the plugs in the back of the cluster, if thats not the issue, im not sure

trac light on and flashing means you have a check engine light

brake light on may mean that you have a loose connector on the hand brake or the hand brake isnt releasing the whole way

driving over bumps car feels sloppy? as in how? describe more
