Pro EFI for the is300 plug and play.
I am about to buy a is300 and do an na-t kit on it. But after doing some searching on the ecu's available to control the vvti the proEFI kept coming up. I found a link here about it>> http://www.supra411.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2417

I know Intense Motorsports (local shop) is a big proponent of Pro EFI products and they've done some pretty intense Supra builds. Give them a call.
From the years I've been on these boards, I've never heard anybody mention Pro EFI hence the lack of response.

There are two options, the 128 pin and the 48 pin, both control vvti and dbw. As of yet, they are still working out some little things but should be exciting. This seems to have a lot of potential and could be the best choice for standalones for the IS. I've had my eye on this too, I'd love to try it out. Contact Ray @ PFS too, he is an authorized dealer and tuner.
