Will these tires fit my IS300

A local guy is selling some eom 350 wheels with 225/40/18 and 275/35/18 tires. I currently have 17 inch wheels which are 17x9 with 255/40/17 tires in the rear and they sometimes rub even though i've rolled the fenders. Could someone help my n00b self? Thanks for the input.

i think the offsets from a 350z are +30 all around not sure on the widths

The wheels were actually IS350 wheels, i guess it would of helped if i had put that. I decided not to get them as i wasn't sure if the wheel would fit.
