90k service is a big one ... I can't remember exactly what's involved in that one (some1 will chime in I'm sure) but beyond that, regular maintenance and the car will just keep on going and going

I *think* you're looking at: timing belt & water pump (and the water pump isn't easy to get to or something) ... and maybe some bearings replacement (?)

Well, im actually meeting up with this guy this sat to test drive the car, and figure it being at almost 90k worth of mileage, im might try to hammer down 500-1g of the payment if it hasnt been done yet.

Oh, if you don't have the car yet you could easilly get the price down by the amount of the 90k service, that's almost certainly why he's selling it now (before it needs that service, because once it has the service it's a major refresh & new feeling again).

Call your local Lexus and ask them how much the service is @ 90k (doesn't mean that you would necessarilly take it there, but Lexus will be the most expensive so it's a good number to know)

i see, well im getting the car at 9.5, which i think is a very good deal, havent it been done at 90k, i think 8-9k is a good price to ask for, but yeah, will call the lexus dealership a call tomorrow about the upgrade.

theres a lot on 90k service, air and cabin filters, brake fluid, coolant, oil and filter, timing belt, re torquing drive shaft flange bolts, rotate tires, road test, and a bunch of inspections. if you head over to http://my.is/forums/ and search for the manual. from the maintenance schedule 90k 105k 120k 135k and 150k (stops there) are your major ones. everything in between is just a oil change and a air or ac filter here and there.
