Default Dash trim

Can anyone recommends which place i can order the aluminum brushed trim? I saw many places on the internet, but they have different styles. I saw one on the Joshua tree wood homepage, their product is seem reasonable. Do you guy recommend dash trim for the IS 300? Thank

www.iptdashkits.com

they use real aluminum for their aluminum dash kits...not the brushed fake look...big difference between the two. I personally like the real aluminum...and their pricing isn't that bad either...check it out!!

IPT Dash Kits is the worst - terrible customer service. Avoid them.

I don't really care for dash kits for some cars. It really throws off the look of the interior...kinda makes it too cheesy if you may.

Default Avoid IPT Dashkits

After 5 emails and I'm not sure how many calls (6+) to Parker I finally talked to him (I had to call him on my dime, he wouldn't return the calls that I left on the 800 #)...finally I get an email and it has no answers to what I've asked. The website is inaccurate in a lot of ways, including the pricing. The so-called 20% discount doesn't apply when you do an order, the options offered are not really available, etc., etc., etc.

After another round of email, he told me that he'd get me some info - more emails and voicemails and NOTHING! I'm not sure how he stays in business. Absolutely the #1 worst customer service ever in my experience.

Parker must be rolling in it to ignore people that want to buy his product and the flat out lie. I'm aware of a few other folks that had similar experiences, one who IPT failed to bill for his order.

There are better and cheaper kits out there from outfits that actually return calls the next day. WOW!

I have dealt with them a number of times and never had any problems. I am sorry that you experience wasn't as good as mine.

Hmmm, maybe IPT can chime in here.

I've dealt with Parker, Brian and the rest of the crew over at IPT many times before without any problems. They have been very friendly and got my products to me super fast.

Dash kits in the IS look cheap. All I have heard is bad about them on .net. I was thinking about getting one until I heard some of the stories of problems.
