please tell me how to get my headlights to be the crazy glowing blue u see on streets..i got 8000 watt or w.e 9005 HID lights blue n they suck there not blue at all...how can i get them rele rele blue ive heard i need a electric kit or somin idk...tell me please thanks or IM me jroddddddd

 

If you own an IS300, you will need to get an HID ballast and D2S bulbs that go with that ballast.
You have an imitation style HID bulbs, that doesnt require a ballast. Which wont produce any kind of light output.
