My car vibrates!
The good news is I did fianally get my Alba Blaze on. The size is 18 X 7.5 all around with Nitto 225-40/18. But now my car has a slight vibration that it did not have before with the stock 17's. It hits right about 45 mph and goes through 60 mph. Just a slight vibration and the steering whell shakes. I know that there are alot of you out there with aftermarket 18's or even 19's. Is this normal or did they not mount the wheels right. Do I need an allignment. Help me out.

Lets face it, after market rims no matter how much you pay will always have some slight vibration. Yes, it is a balancing issue, no question about it. You can have the shop rebalance the rims, however it will be done on the SAME machine, so really what is the point. I have experienced this before on my other rides, as well as the first '01's that came out when the dealer put on there aftermarket rims, just to increase the price of the vehicle and the steering wheel shaked and I didn't like it at all. They were the 18" rims, didn't car for the style of the rim nor the shaking, therefore I am leaving my graphite polished rims on and will enjoy the SMOOTH ride. And yes I have hit some pot holes already, and for the most part they are still smooth. I can only imagine if it were 18's what the damage might have been. As is, I am darting around as many pot holes as possible. thanks just my 2 cents.

That happened to me when I got rims for my previous car. The shop didn't balance them, or didn't do a good job balancing them. I took my car to another place to get the wheels balanced, and it was smooth and tight after that.

Definitely a balance issue.
Larger diameter wheels are far more sensitive to imbalance. Take it back to where you got them (or any other store) and have them rebalance the wheel.
One time, it took the same store 3 tries before they got it right. Don't give up....it's not a problem with the wheels.
