Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew how much I would have to pay if I traded my 2001 is300 for a 2002. I currently have about 17k on it. Do I pay tax only on the difference? I want to get the stick version so please reply.

 

Yes, you will pay tax only on the difference if you trade in your 2K1 IS.
I'm thinking the trade in value should be around 25K.
Don't know though. I wanted to ask my dealer the same thing, but they know nothing about the 2K2 model. I guess, I'll wait till August to find out.
