Default Do I need this gasket?

Hey guys,

Im new here, I just bought an Apex-i N1 exhaust for my IS300 from someone over at .Net. Everything was there as I had expected but with the exception of a gasket that supposedly came with the kit. This is the gasket that sits behind the catalytic converter and the midpipe. My question, do I need this gasket? Or is there a stock one that I can reuse when I unbolt the factory exhaust? I would contact the seller but I dont have his email and .net seems to be having some problems. Anyone know, your help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks!
