Default Dome light cover - how to remove?

I've looked around online and every post I see about the dome light is either talking about the map light by the sunroof controls (as opposed to the centre of the car roof) or it's a totally different type compared to mine.
Anyone know how to take this off so I can check the bulb type and order an LED replacement? If it's like the map light then it's the whole unit you have to pry off by knowing where the clips are as the lens itself is screwed into the unit

hmm, that doesn't look like a 2001-2005 Lexus IS300. But it most likely just snaps on and off around the edges.

Well I'm fairly sure I'm not climbing into someone else's car, so it's my 2003 IS300 😂
It is tight af aroudn all 3 edges except the front edge where it makes a tape/glue peeling sound when I pry the roof carpet away from it, so I won't be doing that.
I wondering if it's like I read on a post about some other car where it's fixed to the ceiling and to get in it you have to get the ceiling off or whatever? Technically above it is the hole the sunroof cover slides into, so maybe it is sort of accessible somehow?
Either way, I don't see a way to remove it meaning no LED for me 😥
Then again the bulb came for the sunvisor bulb today and that thing is so bright as an LED (that also runs hella hot and has it's own headsink on the back) that I don't think you could look in the mirror cos the light blinds you from it - so bit of a doh moment since I can't get a dimmer LED I guess 😅
I also realised for the 1st time by not replacing all the temp controls/clock/stereo etc I can't turn the cluster down without all of those also going down, so now I have to have a dim console or a super bright cluster 😅 Bright cluster is lush, but I thought it'd be easier to save some watts/heat and not have it at 100%
Sidenote - still can't find the right replacement LED bulbs for the map light currently?
