The hybrid Camry gets around 5mpg better fuel economy with the 16 inch wheels and tires compared to the 18s. It’s a mod that will pay for Itself, plus cheaper tires.

We don’t have that feature.
The other thing that is driving me nuts is the battery temperature, it tends to overheat very often, and the stupid fan does not cool it.

Did you check the hybrid battery fan filter on the side of the rear seat?

Where do we see a battery temp read out?

my guess is they’re using an aftermarket dongle and app to read various data and codes

Bought a 2015 5 days ago, got 37mpg on a 250 mile trip over a 3500ft elevation "hill" in normal mode. I did get the battery to full charge coasting downhill. Pretty happy with that since my Passat diesel blew it's high pressure fuel pump and sent metal downstream to the fuel lines, rails, and injectors
