Hello All,
I have lost all the keys for my RX 450h 2017, what parts do I need to change to get key again?
They say immobilizer, steering lock, smart card.

Appreciate if some 1 could help regarding this

 

I would think that your Lexus dealer would be able to assist you. The keys are programmed to your vehicle and I see no reason why an authorized Lexus dealer cannot void your two lost keys and replace them with new keys versus having to replace all the ancillary parts associated with lock/security system.

 

Same as above take it to a dealer if possible, or a very good locksmith will be able to do it as well. There looks to be a couple of Lexus dealers in Dubai.

 

I hope things have changed since I bought my first 450RXh (a 2010). The salesperson emphasized that the dealer would need at least one of the key fobs in order to help you. If both were lost, they said the only option they had was to replace one of the computers along with two new fobs. At that time he said that would cost a little over $1200.

I have had a 2013 and a 2017 since then and never asked the question. I just assumed it was the same for those also.
