How to change dealer only settings
Now I would like someone to walk me through on how to make some changes that usually only the dealer can change as follows.
I would like to have all doors unlock when the car is put into park, as at the moment only unlocks when the driver's door is opened.
Also to have the headlights turn off when I turn the ignition off as at the moment they stay on when I turn ignition off and will only turn off when I open the driver's door!
Regards

Quick look in the Owner's Manual for the 2011 GS (USA) at www.lexusdrivers.com seems
to confirm that those settings are going to need the TechTool at a dealer. How close is the
nearest Lexus or Toyota Dealer to you?
Looked also in the Lexus Technical Info pages on the service site and it only outlines how to
use the tool for you, no civilian workaround mentioned. Can you get and pay for the Carista
software App and subscription down under? I don't use it but perhaps you can find them.

HI there, sorry I forgot to mention that I have the Toyota techstream software which is supposed to cover the Lexus, I guess I just don't want to mess around with this to much incase I... well stuff something up.
Is there any do's or don'ts to do before trying to make these changes.

Hi, have you done it, do you have any screen shots of the actual settings, I got the door locks sorted out but the headlights staying on after the ignition is turned off as a real pain.
