High Mileage GS450h Owners
Any high mileage GS450h owners around? Care to share any problems encountered so far?
Mine is at 200,000 km (124,274 miles) now and coming to 10 years old.
Replaced hybrid battery twice so far, brake booster, aircon cooling coil.
Wondering if it can last another 200,000 km.

The battery controller shouldn't be "getting weaker". Cooling fans can be cleaned. You shouldn't be replacing a battery every 100km.
EDIT: I see Singapore as your location, which seems to be quite hot and humid. Most early hybrid battery failures occur in cars living in such climates - they get cooled from the cabin air. Standard advice applies - pop the windows a little, sunshades, use the AC. I'm guessing the car is mostly used for short trips? That, plus the weather, could be the reason

I've tried so many other cars including the 4G GS450h, I still prefer my 3G hybrid.

From a fellow owner in SG, mine is at 168,000KM, just renewed COE. Hybrid Battery changed once plus the typical bushings here and there, otherwise rock solid. The planetary CVT is very strong and can easily last another 200,000KM.

Watch out for the brake booster and water pump next. These are known to fail after 100k too.

245,000 KMS. Near Toronto in Canada. I have only had the car for 2 years and 25,000kms. Been amazing so far. I do have new rear shocks and new front struts, brake rotors and pads on order , all OEM. Have Tanabe lowering springs on order too. Just need to find some nice 19 inch wheels and i am set! I think mine is on original battery too. Spark plugs and the deciding on the CVT fluid top up/flush and rear diff fluid change next. Took 10 years before i could afford it, but hey i finally got my 2007 GS450h

07 here with 236k miles.
Original hybrid battery, but it is going, the CEL comes on every 100 miles or so for the last 40k miles.
Replaced mid-pipe that was rusting, I would consider that normal wear and tear like the 1 O2 sensor.
Other than maintenance oil changes, tires, brake pads, new rotors, Coilovers, ail filters. suspension bushings.
The only other thing i changed out was the rubber under trunk lid liner sensor thing that melted. Got an aftermarket on Ebay

275 km on mine
all going well i did a ecvt oil change to day ( went to the drags tonight) . so I got the bearings for my trans oil pump yesterday as well and replaced them as it seemed like a good pre failular thing .(I do 1000km commute to work each week ) when I pulled the pump apart I found that the front bearing had sized with big effort I could just turn it so just cought that one in time.
