2019 rx450h fsports hid
 

I was wondering, does the new (2018 or 2019) RX 450h f sports come with HID headlights or led headlights? Thanks

They are all LED. Even the base projector headlight is LED.

Bi LED project's light further and if you have the option it has adaptive high beams. Which basically just pisses off the oncoming cars , pedestrians and bikers as it looks as if you are high beaming them and then un high beaming.

The triple beam's , man those things are a beauty. The DRL alone on the triple beam is more crisp one long led line. the standard DRLS which looks cheap and generic with dotted line in them from the led bulbs looks outdated , it Looks like the nissan murano DRL. i switch mines off for that reason. However at night you can't really tell . The triple beam doesn't project further than the standard bi led BUT it has a wider range in lighting. So you can see side to side a whole lot better .

In the bay area in order to get the triple beam you needed to get the 450h in the 63k and up price range. It's cosmetically better and won't make your car look dated but it doesn't necessarily perform better than the standard bi led.

plus different front and rear turn signals with the triple , rear is also on the tailgate with that option.
auto brights, and driving lights, the triple are great, i have zero complaints.
