Car you use a regular car battery to start the 450h?
 
Can you use a regular car battery to start the gs 450h? Or does it have to be a hybrid 12v

As long as the battery temp sensor is moved to the new battery it should be ok. I would just opt for the oem Panasonic to be safe though.
