Glove box door missing side attachments
Go to a Hobby Lobby, Menards or Home Depot.
Find a dowel rod the size of the opening of your missing attachments.
Cut it to length where the rod goes thru both attachment holes. ( Maybe 1/2' sticking out to both ends )
Use your imagination to hold it in place.
I know its a semi hack but its a $2 fix.
Maybe paint it black or wrap felt cloth around it.
Your wife wont even notice it. lol

I have the same problem with my new used 400h. I get the suggestion about buying a dowel, but do I have to bevel the ends somehow to fit into the side notches? Maybe I'm not visualizing the setup correctly. The glove box is a problem mostly because I like to keep the manual in there, and if I have a passenger, not knock it into their knees when opened. Thanks.
