Keyless entry - doesn't work for rear doors
On my LandCruiser 200 Series, if I grab the rear door handles to open the door, the keyless entry automatically unlocks all the doors if the vehicle is locked.
On my 3rd Gen RX450h. nothing happens when I do the same with the rear doors. The vehicle only unlocks when grabbing the front door handles.
Should keyless entry work with the rear door handles?

Some model have the lock/unlock from back-doors. If the door handle has a dimple (like the one on the front door) then you can lock/unlock from it/them.
My RX does not have the dimple on the back-ddor handle.
