Default Reinitialize Hybrid after Battery Disconnect?

Ours is a 2013 ES 300h. I've begun towing it behind our motorhome on a tow dolly. Being a FWD car, this works fine, except that with our type of dolly I need to disconnect the battery before towing to avoid locking the steering column. Disconnecting the battery which is inside the trunk is not a big deal. However, after reconnecting some of the electrical features do not work, or do not work as before.

For example, sometimes the driver or passenger side windows will not open or close, or won't fully open with one touch of the button. After the car has been running for a while some of the symptoms disappear.

Is there some way to "reinitialize" the electrical system to get it back to normal operation after disconnecting the battery?

Even better would be to find a fuse that controls the steering lock circuit, but I've been unable to find it.

Thanks,
Ron

Thanks! That worked, or a slight modification thereof. After opening and closing the passenger window and holding the buttonfor 5 sec, it still didn't work from the master controls. I had to turn the system off and back on again. Then all the windows worked properly, incl the driver's.
