If you imported the car officially, Lexus coverage should be still good for you over there. I notice AWD manlfucntion and Tire pressure warning. Have you checked all 4 tires pressures and possibly spare
as well. With EV mode the car will drive only 20miles or so. When 12V battery went dead what kind of charger did you use? A trickle charger over night some thing like that or quick booster type charger??

I've been thinking along the asme lines ever since this thread was started. If they jumped this battery while it was connected or put it on a battery charger that doesn't address sensitive electronics, then the RX's electronics could be damaged. I would have disconnected the battery cables prior to any charging, trickle or otherwise.
