Yes, the RXL does not offer the roof at any trim level or price.
Notice that they made a number of seemingly small tweaks to
provide 3rd row head and leg room. The rear hatch wiper has
been mounted up under the roof extension spoiler since 2010
but on the L it is back down on the bottom. No doubt the motor
assembly inside the door extended in too far. The spare was
moved from underneath to inside starting in 2010 also. Well,
now once again on the L it is suspended underneath to provide
clearance for the seat to fold into the floor. Perhaps the pano
roof needed roof reinforcements that came too close the the
3rd row head room?
