I got the Check hybrid system on my RX, can reset but it still come up after 20-30km.
Lexus and Toyota dealers are answering "strange, we do not know" we need to error search.
Could take days.
I've found out that the error code is P2603
But still the say they have no clue.
The dealer is still searching, day 3 is coming up.
The bill will be not nice only on searching, not even mentioning if the error is found on parts....

If your vehicle runs fine with the engine recharging battery and the battery powerrting the wheels sometimes I would not worry.

I had the light come on one time and it lasted 1 day. Another time it came on and lasted 3 days and 400 miles.

I have been working through the same code -- Transmission Oil Cooler Pump circuit is what my dealer came up with.
