MSAGRO

I have the 18 way power seat option on my GS, yesterday I noticed that all other controls lumbar, seat back all of that and all of the controls work except for the main one which is back and forth. At first I suspected that it may be one of those plastic gears had gone out that are notorious for Toyota products, but there is no motor sound coming from it. Could that the one of the three motors just be unplugged? Nothing is blocking it underneath on the rail or anything it's empty. Any advice would be helpful thanks.
