Anyone know what is going on? My climate control make this toy propeller or windy wheather station sound. it's a constant but very low volume sqeaking and twirling sound. I tested out with the engine off and it's still there only when the fan is running. Also my passenger side a/c is a bit colder than driver's side. It points to air mix serve gone bad but I was wondering if anyone else has any other diagnosis.

Is it your Nav system (cooling fan) by any chance? Mine was doing this when it was really cold, but the dealer couldn't duplicate and it hasn't come back.

 

I just wanted to furnish a response that it is indeed the noise coming from the Nav system as correctly mentioned by vlad_a above.
