URGENT: 2008 GS450H Question

Merry Christmas everyone! Last week my trunk locked and can't open. I've already tried the button in the glove box and it didn't work. Today, this came on and I have no idea what it means. Any help is greatly appreciated.

currently the battery is driving your car while the engine is off
