Service can't figure out why the screen locks up. They have reinstalled the software, but it still locks up intermittently. The power button fix really comes in handy. Funny thing is when the screen locks up, it always locks up on the same road in NYC. The navigation voice instructions still work while the screen freezes.

Just got a 2017 RX450h. So far the navigation works fine.

Have had both the LX and one of my RX do this one time and never since. We’re just driving down the road and it glitched for no reason.

just hold the power button, to reboot ??
do other parts of the system work, or the entire big screen locks up ??

When my NAV locked up, you lose the NAV and radio at least. Holding the volume button down for a few seconds, rebooted and all was good. Not that much to worry about as you may never encounter this issue and if you do, you know how to deal with it. Hope you new vehicle arrives soon!
