Default Fair Price for a 07 RX400h?

Hi All,

Was looking through the CL adverts locally and came up on a 07 400h with 115K miles. The guy wants 17200 for it . There aren't alot of 400h around locally so not sure if its a good price or not.

Its had the recall done it, but will need rear brakes in the next 3k miles or so, and I don't think the car has had the 90K belt work done yet.

Up until last year the car lived in California and has a clean carfax and similar.

Other question is will I fit? I am 6'9" and would like a vehicle that I can get it without major gymnastics and gyrations..

imo that looks costly to me; i have a tad less then 100k miles (07 awd) and i dont think here in canada i would get a dime over 15 grand for it.... i have the mid-packge trim level so maybe that car is ultra premium (although it likely donest matter at this point for a car with such high milage and over 7 years old).

imho

That would be a great price around here. We can't answer the fit - you'll have to test drive one yourself, or try an RX330/350 since they are the the same except for the hybrid drive.

Prices for these are all over the place. There is not much demand. I have seen some sell for $12k. Check for coolant leaks at water pump, transmission and inverter. Those are the high risk repairs that something like that can have.

As for fit somebody asked about rail extentions, and they actually exist. Might try a search. For the taller folks that would be a well worth while investment.
