Whenever I clean, detail or work on my cars, I put a battery tender jr on the battery to keep from killing the battery while the doors and such are open.

Can you do this on a LS600h? Where is the hookup?

I have tried to search for threads like this in relation to 600's, using search terms like "trickle charger", but with almost no success.

Search term "ctek" = zero results.

Can anyone help?

More generally, can trickle chargers be attached for days at a time?

I won't be driving as much in the future, probably only 3/4 days a week, so I want to keep the 12v battery topped up.

Yes, you can. I trickle charge my LS 600h (2011) every month to keep the (AGM) battery in good health. Everything stays connected and I use a Noco Genius 5.
You can leave it overnight (and indefinitely if needed)) with the trunk open (I'm parked in my garage), the trunk light turns off after a few minutes.

Yes, and for ease of connecting use the NOCO X-Connect Eyelet Terminal Connector.

Will something like this(not necessarily this unit exactly - but this type) :

work via the retailer supplied cigarette lighter/accessory plug?

12v Accessory Plug shown with Blue highlight.

Will the Lexus LS600 Accessory Plug accept the "reverse flow" current to the battery?
