After our daughter got her license and we bought her a car, my wife decided she wanted to downsize from her Tahoe, so we bought a RAV4. Well, a year later, she decided it was too downsized, so we started looking around for another car. I was looking at RX350's, as well as the GX470 and 460. In my search, I saw the hybrid and was intrigued, so I started researching, Long story short, we decided on the 450 over the others, and hope we made the right choice.

The last service showing in the Lexus service site was at 40k, and the car now has 71k, so I took it in and had the big 60k service done to catch everything up. Wasn't too fond of the $700+ price tag, but peace of mind made it palpable.

Driving the car is unique, as I creep along when taking off, using the battery as much as possible. It certainly doesn't have much get up and go when trying to stay under battery power, and the CVT transmission is different.

That said, it's a gorgeous car with tons of tech, and my wife loves it, so I'm sure I will grow to love it as well.

Any tips or recommendations for the car would be greatly appreciated!
