Machine mount quad HID projector + LED DRL Finished !!
 

It's been almost 18 months on this project, it's very close to project completion with minor details to finish up the project. The original 6 led with 220 lumens had to be scrap because of technical difficulties. Special precaution was taken with used of the hyper ballast instead of OE 35 watts ballast. Having said all that, here are some teaser pics

the low beam projector has been swap out to a Honda S2k projector with clear lens ( very hard to find and expensive ) AFS was also retain during the retrofit so I'm not losing any feature by retrofitting.

The high beam is a bi-xeon Honda S2K equivalent, it matches very closely on the cut off line plus it's bi-xeon.

So at night quad projector for low beam + led will be on

During the day low wattage(wattage is regulated) low beam from the bi-xeon + Led

Notice the LED is not the typical 5mm.

Ballast used is a hyper ballast @ 75watt instead of factory 35Watt

Might wanna start taking notes so you can do this again for customers lol!! Put me on the short list :)

Infinirx, I get you in touch with the retrofitter that did this for me. His labor cost is not cheap but he owns a mechanic shop and a body shop back to back
so getting the project done and make it look OEM is his specialty. He also can get your light housing painted to match body color or black chrome or even do a complete CF housing. Lots and Lots to choose from.

Allot of that sounds wonderful. I would love to have this done for sure. Not sure if I am going to be keeping the car color I have so I would prob. just black chrome it or leave it be and just the the retrofit.

No quite, the high beam bezel is getting painted and then cleaning, final assembly then install and test fit, only a few more steps to go

Man I really wanna see it! Well when it is done I hope I can get it done too!
