chopperpl, sorry to hear about your problems. i have no vibration problems with my tanabe nf210 springs.

assuming the 2 different alignment shops you went to knew what they were doing, it's not an alignment issue. using the process of elimination, whatever is left, however remote the possiblity, is the answer to your problem. i would have an independent mechanic you trust to check the entire suspension components (bearings, axle, etc) for unusual wear and tear, etc.

good luck and let us know what the problem is when you find out

WHat do you think about alignment print out?
Thanks
hub rings wont damage wheel bearings. the way a hub ring works is it takes all the weight off the studs and centers it on the hub.

That's correct, but it is the vibration that would damage the bearing, and other components not designed for such vibrating stress. Try taking balancing weights off of the drive shaft, and there goes your tranny...

Thx

Don't take me wrong. This isn't something that may happen right away, but give it a time, and damage will be done. People with dropped AWD experiencing vibrations should be extra concern about their cars, if they want to keep them for 5+ years. Replacing a transfer case is a very expensive repair...
