I just place an custom order today
My order was AWD 450h Black Sap/Parchment Luxury/Nav/HUD/LED/PA
At first my don't want the LED but my dealer insist that Luxury must come with
LED. I though Luxury package is LED included but it is not
My dealer said
I have to wait 2-4 months and they will contact me as soon as they heard
from the factory.
My MSRP was $56875 and I got $3250 discount for this custom order.
Well...It's a long waiting 3 months and I hope it is worthy.
I expect to get the car before August where the 2011 RX nearly came out
I hope this is not a wrong decision because I think there is no big change
gonna happen in 2011 model.

sounds good. Chances are, nothing big is going to change, but there still is a possibility. I hope to get my special order right when i hear the 2011 are available for order.

They cut the size of the spare to same weight and improve the gas mileage. My RX330 took 11 weeks to get from Japan to New Orleans when I special order it. I think you well love it once it gets here. Wish that Lexus would let me put all of that and a few more in a FWD 450h. Maybe next year, I have no need for an AWD car on the gulf cost. No snow here but a lot of rain Mobile’s average for the year is “66 inches and last year it was 76 inches.

Jellopy, congrats. The wait is hard but so worth it.
I have seen the spare on a '10 RX350. Someone at work went to leave and had a flat. The spare is not that bad, noticeably different yes, horrendous no. As long as it serves its purpose, I don't care what it looks like.

I just placed an order for 2012 rx450h and am curious to know your experience.

We order ours on the 9th of September. The car was built on the 13th of October. It got off the ship on the 15th of November. The car was in Mobile on the 23th November. Pick it up from the deal on Saturday the 28.

I ordered my 450H on the 27th of September and it was in the port of Vancouver on the 12th of November and should be at the dealer by the 25th of November. Mine was a custom factory order from Japan.
