Check the 12v battery in the hatch ... next to spare tire.
Other things to check are the courtesy lights and instrument cluster as they may inform you that your 12v battery is dead/weak.

Lexus/Toyota hybrids - the 12v battery doesn't actually crank the gas motor, the 288v battery does.
The 12v just triggers the relay that connects the traction battery to MG1. There are jump points under
the hood for this. You likely can not get to the actual 12v battery under the cargo floor because without
the battery it is tough to pop the hatch.

That is why I avoided the term "Jump start". Better choice of words would be providing 12v Boost to get the electronics working [READY in the cluster display]
