Tailgate doesn't open??

My 450h is about 2 weeks old and so far I love it. I never thought I'd like it better than my 04 RX330, but I do. Anyway, my question is this. My tailgate
opens with the transmitter but not with the button on the dash. The on/off switch in the glove compartment is on. When I push the dash button it beeps twice and doesn't do anything. Is there a setting in the setup that I'm missing?

I see. Thanks! Now that I think back on it, my RX330 had to have all the doors unlocked as well, but i just hit unlock twice on the key. I guess it will take me a little while to learn everything. Thanks for your help.

Haha... I found this when sending my car to the car wash in Week 1. Those guys washing the varied of cars everyday and night know better how to open the tailgate... I was like newbie out there. :p
