Default Donut Fit In GS450h's trunk?

I'm pretty sure, but I want to be positive that a donut spare tire will fit in the trunk of a GS450h. I know it isn't meant to be there, and it will take up considerable space in that already small trunk. I just want to be sure if I get runflats and decide later to replace them with regular tires I can carry the donut spare tire. (I intend to get the active power stabilizer suspension system which require runflats.) Thanks in advance.

I have a 2007 450h, with runflats and I have a donut spare that came with the vehicle. It has a special place in the trunk - so you still have the "regular" trunk for use. It fits two bags of golf-clubs and a duffle bag.

I do not have the APSSS, I have heard that when you have that, then there may not be a place for the spare, because the electronics take up some extra space. You should definitely verify that with someone who has the 450h and APSSS.

stevil, thanks for your reply. I'm pretty sure with APSSS there is no place hidden from view for a spare. I'm willing to carry a donut in the trunk, even if it takes up a lot of space. What I want to be sure of is that it will FIT in the trunk in this manner. If it doesn't, then (with APSSS) I am stuck with runflats forever; in this case, maybe I will do without runflats and give up APSSS. Problem is I don't know how good the APSSS is. I am selling my LS 460 for the GS450h, so I am giving up comfort, but I want to gain some better handling with the trade.

If you just want to throw a donut spare in the trunk, without putting it in the "special spare tire compartment", it will fit.
