Does anyone know of any mods for the 450H ? I've been looking around don't think anything is out for it yet !

 

don't think anyone wants to test out their 450h...since it is a hybrid and all...heh...if you mod it and the hybrid system fails...ur in trouble... but if you don't care about the warranty...i heard you can boost the torque like crazy on a hybrid...i think toyota "fixed" up a prius and the torque almost ripped out the tranny or something...lol...i know that lexus raced a 450h but they modded it like crazy...they took out a lot of the seats...put dry ice on the battery pack to cool it down...added an exhaust...put bigger brakes...i think the post is somewhere on this site...just gotta look for it... I found a local company that would add a supercharger kit to it custom made, but that scares me.
The car in theory already has 3 engines which in a way act as if it has a supercharger already.
But I also heard about that prius mod, they added more batteries, which gave it like 100 mpg and more torqe which was unreal. Let me know what you find out.....

 

You would have to be very brave to mod this car while it is still under warranty!!

 

I wasn't looking to go crazy maybe some lowering springs and catback exhaust anything that can be used for these mods and maybe some sick wheels ?

 

oh, well all those are very doable, just check the advertisers on the board. You can do wheels easy, as well as springs No problem, and probably even a different exhaust to the 450h.

 

Which exhaust will work ?
