Default Minimum Wheel size on a LS600HL

I bought a cheap decent 2010 model here in the Middle East (UAE). The highways are great (max allowed speed sometimes 160kmh (100mph), with speed cameras every few miles) although I rarely go even that fast, but there are also some amazing roads in desert and mountain country over here. So, was thinking to raise/uprate my suspension on my AWD version a little, and put more grippy tyres on it. I'm guessing 18" is the minimum? Would love to go 16-17" I know you could do that with the 1st Gen LS400 (steel wheels and 31" tyres)... I don't want to go to that extreme, because the car is 60-80% highway use... but it'd be fun project to have a mild offroader, wouldn't it?
