My daughter took her 2018 RX450H in after I showed her the TSB. Dealer fixed it no questions asked. I think the issue is just finding the right dealer.

 

Hello, Huezzy: Not sure a 'video' would be helpful. However, I can tell you I could replicate the feint click problem which was heard when just touching the brake pedal. Maybe 1-2 lbs. of light foot pressure. "Click" sound from under the hood.. Remove foot and then repeat light (very light) foot pressure and another 'click.'

Yes, dealer replaced actuator without ANY pushback.

However, my wife still thought see had the issue. Took 2022 RX 450h back to dealer after actuator r & r. They bleed the brakes (again).

No problems since.

Lexus picked up the entire $ tab. My only "cost" was second trip to dealer for the 2nd bleed.
