How many miles on your car.

Is the car totally dead ? Nothing happens when you touch the start button with the key?

Car has 103k I had just change out auxiliary battery and tested HV battery, it’s pushing 255v to junction block. The solenoid click But car still won’t crank. But on the junction block at the other end it’s not reading anything. Please help I’m not sure if it’s the solenoid (the two black square block) G3843 - 33010 ... that’s bad. Check all the fuse from service grip to hood it’s all good no blown fuse.

Make sure the new battery actually has a charge. Then check for cable corrosion. Then tow it to a hybrid repair shop.
