Noise from engine after shutting down

Noise from engine after shutting down
Greetings:
I have a 2010 HS250h hybrid, 135k miles. Last one week, after shutting down the engine, i am hearing a noise from the engine. What could it be ?
Attached two audio clips, one video clip and a picture of the general area the noise is coming from.

I did not hear anything useful. Just the door shutting and human noises.
Check your oil level.
I would be more worried about noises while it is running than after it shuts down. Hybrids make all kinds of noises that i have learned to ignore.
If really concerned I recommend you get a hybrid specialty repair shop to check it out.
