12V battery at 10.35V reading from my multi-meter

My HS250h took a couple of times to turn on this week (ready light doesn't come on until i hit the button a couple of times). it only happen in the morning when the car is cold.
So I used my multi-meter to check against the battery and the reading is 10.35V when the car is off. It ranges from 9.89V to 14V during crank and remains above 14.xx V once the car is on.

Is my battery slowly dying and should it be replaced? I am not sure if these gem type battery has a different standstill voltage vs regular car's 12V battery.

I noticed some of you have already changed your batteries. It may be time since it is 8 years now.

Probably not worth playing around - just get a new one. Otherwise, you'll end up with a dead battery, and Murphy's law says it will happen at the worst time / place.

The car will reload the system upon starting the car. Had to restart the car after this process is complete.
